Shipping – all orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. During particularly harsh weather conditions (that is sometimes a way of life here in New England;-) we will ship only on Monday through Wednesday to ensure that your products are not sitting in the back of a shipping truck over the weekend, either baking in the sun or freezing solid during sub-zero temps. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you right away to let you know what the delay is and when you can expect your order.
All of our orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx from New Hampshire (03258). If you require overnight shipping please contact us at sales@heleka.com for a custom quote.

Returns – we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at sales@heleka.com for a return authorization within 14 days.

Gifts – we can create beautiful gift sets to suit any budget. Please reach out to us at sales@heleka.com and give us the details. We will put together a personalized gift and include a hand-written note that we will ship directly to the recipient.
- Rewards - simply join our rewards program and instantly begin earning points. You can redeem your reward points starting with a balance of 500 points. Once you have a minimum of 500 points, a "redeem points" button will appear and you can choose how many points you would like to redeem.

Privacy policy – we do not share your information with any other organization or third party. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We use your information to respond to you regarding the reason that you contacted us. We do not collect any financial information from you (credit card, bank information, etc). We utilize Shopify, PayPal, and Square to process all financial transactions. If you provide us with any personal financial information to process your order, we will destroy your financial information as soon as the order is processed. Under no circumstances will we retain any personal financial information for any reason.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email to let you know about upcoming specials, product releases, other information about our business, or to update you to any changes to our privacy policy.
