Shipping – all orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. During particularly harsh weather conditions (that is sometimes a way of life here in New England;-) we will ship only on Monday through Wednesday to ensure that your products are not sitting in the back of a shipping truck over the weekend, either baking in the sun or freezing solid during sub-zero temps. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you right away to let you know what the delay is and when you can expect your order.
All of our orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx from New Hampshire (03258). If you require overnight shipping please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a custom quote.
Returns – we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com for a return authorization within 14 days.
